    • Orders are processed in 24-48hrs, and then shipped. Shipping takes about 3-5 business days to arrive . Unfortunately, we do not process, or ship orders on weekends, or public holidays.

    Orders made during Major Holidays such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday or any Major Sales may incur delays due to the influx of orders and can take as long as 5 business days to ship.

    Please double check your shipping information, before placing your order. Mink Envy Lashes, cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address, or lost due to customer error.

  • REFUND POLICY

    • Just4her offers a 30-day money-back guarantee policy. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return unused, unopened merchandise for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

    If you would like to exchange your item(s) for something else, you can use our return & exchange platform to check availability and initiate an exchange. However, please be aware that clearance or discounted defect collection products and digital products such as eBooks are non-refundable.

    We only cover return shipping in the event that we made an error or the product is defective or damaged. If an item is defective or damaged, please contact us at support@just4hers.com.

    Please note that international orders must be returned at the customer's expense.

    Also note, USPS may often mark packages as delivered early but will actually deliver the next business day.  

    Just 4 Hers does not hold or accept responsibility for package claims that have been denied due to a successful delivery report by the carrier. We do not issue refunds, reshipment or credits for packages with denied claims.
